I have owned similar products in the past with the idea that some kind of "skin" not only protects the phone from scratches, but also helps me to not drop it in the first place. I was able to correct this with a little snip of the scissors. Sort of embarrassing really.
I purchased a brightly colored one to locate it more easily in my purse. On my 8130, I am disappointed that that the openings on the skin don't line up exactly with the openings on the phone, (ie. It's not so slippery in my hand.
But it has a snug fit on the phone as it should. Well, it's bright, all right. Not really the color I expected.
